Common Questions

Do I need a referral to come in?

No — Georgia allows direct access to both chiropractic and physical therapy care. You can book a visit with us without a referral from your primary care doctor.

Do you accept insurance?

We're an out-of-network provider, which means we focus on the treatment plan that's right for you rather than what an insurance company will cover. We provide a superbill on request so you can submit for any out-of-network reimbursement your plan offers. HSA and FSA cards are accepted.

What should I expect at my first visit?

Your first visit is about 60 minutes. We'll talk through your history and goals, run a movement assessment to find the root cause of what's going on, and then start treatment that same visit — adjustments, soft tissue work, taping, and/or rehab exercises depending on what your body needs.

How many visits will I need?

It depends on the issue. Most acute injuries resolve in 4–8 visits. Chronic patterns or post-op rehab may take longer. We'll build a plan together at your first visit and re-assess as you progress — we'd rather get you out of pain and confident in your body than keep you coming back forever.

What should I wear?

Athletic clothes you can move in — gym shorts, leggings, a t-shirt or tank top. We'll need to assess and treat the area that's bothering you, so something we can roll up or work around is ideal.

Where do I park?

Free parking is available in the lot at Beast Sports Center. We're located upstairs — head in through the main entrance and look for the stairs to the second floor.

What's the difference between chiropractic and physical therapy here?

At Rehab Lab, both work together. Chiropractic adjustments restore joint mechanics; physical therapy and rehab exercises rebuild strength, mobility, and movement quality so the issue stops coming back. You don't have to pick — we use whichever tools fit the problem.

Can I book online?

Yes — book through Jane any time. You can also call (470) 208-2980 or send a message above and we'll get back to you within one business day.
