Effective May 26, 2026
This policy describes how the Rehab Lab Atlanta website (rehablabatlanta.com) handles information from visitors. Protected health information about patients seen at the clinic is handled separately under HIPAA and the privacy notices provided to you at your visit; this website policy does not replace those.
When you fill out the contact form on the website, we collect the name, email address, phone number (optional), and message you provide. We use that information only to respond to your inquiry.
If you click the "Book an Appointment" button, you are taken to our scheduling provider (Jane). Anything you submit there is governed by Jane's privacy policy, not this one.
Like most websites, our hosting provider logs basic technical information when a page is loaded — for example, IP address, browser type, referring page, and request time. This data is used for site reliability, security, and aggregate traffic analysis; it is not used to build individual profiles.
We do not set our own tracking cookies. Third-party services we embed on the site (described below) may set their own cookies in order to function. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to send unsolicited marketing.
The website uses a small number of third-party services, each with its own privacy policy:
We share information only with the service providers listed above so they can operate features of the website on our behalf, and only as required to respond to lawful requests from government authorities or to protect our legal rights.
Contact-form messages are stored in our email inbox under that provider's normal retention. Server logs from our hosting provider are kept under that provider's normal retention. You can ask us to delete the information you sent us at any time using the contact details below.
You can ask us to confirm what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email rehablabatlanta@gmail.com with your request and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you specific rights to know what personal information businesses collect about you, to request deletion, and to opt out of any "sale" of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, email us at the address above.
The website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the site, please contact us so we can remove it.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information transmitted through the website (for example, HTTPS is enforced on every page). No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The website contains links to other sites — for example, our Instagram, our Jane scheduling page, and the services listed above. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. Please review their policies separately.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version's effective date is shown at the top of the page. Continued use of the website after we post an update means you accept the revised policy.
